The Maho Beach Resort complete with Casino, Showroom and Town Centre is located on the Dutch side of the half French/half Dutch paradise in the Netherland Antilles. The Resort is set on 10 acres of tropical gardens, bordered by the inviting waters of Maho Bay and a magnificent vista of rolling hills. The island?s International Airport is to the North, a short distance from the official border between the Dutch and French sides of the island, placing the resort equally 7 miles from each Capital.

The Maho Beach Resort recently reopened after a major renovation. This 595-room hotel is amongst the largest on St. Maarten. Most of the rooms are in a large tower, adjacent to a 50-shop mall, casino, and a variety of restaurants. The hotel is quite close to the airport and fairly close to both Philipsburg and Marigot.

Sky Tower rooms and suites come fully equipped with all amenities set in a tastefully designed tropical décor. A few steps away enter the 'upscale marche' world of the Ocean Terrace Buffet Restaurant, another of the Sonesta Maho Beach's completely new concepts. The Palms Grill, beach-side restaurant provides direct access from gardens or the shore and is open for lunch and dinner in a casual open air setting.

Take it up a notch to the elegance of The Point Restaurant, bordered by the new tropical garden and overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
